The combat performance system
Evidence-led fight camp nutrition, individualized weight-cut strategy, and performance programming built by Nick Mancuso.

01 / THE SYSTEM
Technical training does not live in isolation. Neither should strength, nutrition, or fight-week execution.
Strength, power, conditioning, and load management built around technical practice.
Nutrition structured around training demand, weight descent, and recovery.
Fight-week execution designed to make weight without abandoning performance.
02 / FIGHT READINESS
Compare your current body-mass gap, camp runway, expected fight-week scale gap, and recovery window.

04 / SCALABLE PROGRAMS
The first EVORA digital systems are being built for athletes who want combat-specific structure without 1:1 coaching.
Sequenced strength, power, conditioning, load reduction, and taper work designed to sit around technical fight training.
Build the strength, tissue capacity, aerobic support, repeat-effort power, and movement quality that camp should reveal.
Training programs only. No individualized nutrition or weight-cut coaching.
THE 21-DAY RULE
EVORA does not sell standalone emergency cuts and does not onboard new Fight Camp Command athletes within 21 days of weigh-in. The earlier the plan starts, the more variables we can control.
Start the fit check ↗05 / AUTHORITY + EXECUTION
No anonymous claims. No context-free transformation theater. The athlete, assignment, and process matter.
CASE STUDY / JON PIERSMA
Programming, camp nutrition, weight trajectory, fight-week controls, and post-weigh-in rehydration managed as one operating system.
